A big communal garden with a swimming pool and splendid view over the Gardameer. Peaceful situated in a nature park of 20000m2 (with olive trees and vines), only 1,5km from the lake and beach. The residence consists of 8 different apartments, reception and a communal launderette. In the surrounding, there are many possibilities to sport (tennis, golf, tugging, horse riding, mountain bike etc.). Furthermore, it is an ideal starting point to visit Saló (10min. drive), Gardaland (the biggest amusement park in Italy, 30min.), Verona (45 min.), Venice (less than 2hours) or Milan (1,5hours).The apartment is on the ground floor or on 1st floor.
